We carefully control the natural crystallisation of our honey to produce a soft set, Wildflower honey. Carefully crafted to ensure a smooth, spreadable texture, whilst retaining all the flavour and floral notes, of the honey.
Our honey is not pasteurised and therefore contains all the natural enzymes, pollen & goodness as the bees intended. Soft set honey is very sort after so don’t miss out.
